Personal data and paymentUse only the confirmed portal. Do not share OTPs, passwords, banking credentials or remote-access codes with a caller or message sender.

1. Find the original notice

Start with the organisation that is said to be recruiting or conducting the examination. Type its known web address yourself or reach it through a credible government directory. Look for a recruitment, careers, examination, public notice or advertisement section. Then locate the exact notice; do not rely on an image, screenshot, forwarded PDF or shortened link alone.

Check whether the notice is hosted on the authority's official domain or whether its own website explicitly directs applicants to a separate application portal. Some authorities legitimately use a separate application site, so verify that relationship from the official notice before entering details.

Review the entire notice, including footnotes, annexures and amendments. A later corrigendum, schedule change, extension or cancellation can supersede an earlier copy. If two official pages conflict, follow the latest authoritative instruction and seek clarification from the authority through contact information published on its official website.

2. Compare the details that affect your decision

Record the recruiting organisation and post or examination name exactly as printed. If a reference or advertisement number appears, compare it with the notice. Check the application opening and closing date, the current application status and every amendment. Do not calculate an extension from an unofficial post.

Read the eligibility requirements as written, including qualification, subject, age as on the specified date, experience, category requirements and any applicable relaxation. This site does not determine whether a person qualifies. Where wording is unclear, ask the issuing authority or consult the notice's official instructions rather than assuming a favourable interpretation.

For a fee, verify the amount, payment method, exempted categories, refund rules and the exact payment deadline in the notice. Do not pay to an individual or a payment address supplied only through social media, chat or a caller.

3. Apply safely and keep a record

  1. Open the application portal using the path confirmed by the official notice.
  2. Review the address bar and portal instructions before providing personal information.
  3. Enter only information required by the official form. Never share an OTP or password with another person.
  4. Check each entry, uploaded file, fee and declaration before the final submission.
  5. Save or print the submitted form, receipt and application number using the portal's own facility.
  6. Return to the authority's website for later updates, admit cards, results and notices.

Do not trust a deadline solely because it appears in a search snippet or this site's Worker feed. Automated records can be stale or incorrect. The authority's current notice and portal control.

4. Prepare documents using the notice's specifications

There is no universal file-size or document checklist for every examination. Read the specific advertisement to see whether it asks for education certificates, photographs, signatures, identity documents, category or domicile certificates, or other records. Check the accepted file type, image dimensions, maximum size and self-attestation rules stated there.

Use the site's document checklist and local photo resizer only as general preparation aids. The notice takes precedence. The tools do not validate an application, upload your files or guarantee acceptance.

Common questions

A message includes a direct application link. Is it safe?

Do not assume so. Start from the recruiting authority's own site, locate its current notice and follow the application route it confirms. A link that looks familiar or uses a padlock is not, by itself, proof that it is authorised.

What if the deadline on a news post differs from the notice?

Use the latest official notice or amendment published by the responsible authority. If it remains unclear, ask the authority through its official contact channel.

Can this website confirm my eligibility?

No. The browser checklist helps you organise your own review. Only the issuing authority applies its complete rules to an application.

Does a successful Worker feed response verify a vacancy?

No. The public Worker response may contain fallback data. A successful technical request does not establish that an announcement is authentic, current or complete. This site withholds the observed fallback records.

Official portal references

These websites can help you reach an authority's own information. A portal directory is not evidence of a particular opening; locate the current original notice on the relevant authority's site.
